Zalipsky Moisei Pavlovich (1892, Gomel) — worker. Until 1921, worked in the iron and hardware goods store “Polovets” in Gomel. From 1923 to 1927, worked for private employers (scrap collection) in Cēsis. From 1927 to 1931 — manager of the “Hofman” bone factory, and from 1931 to 1936 — hide grader at the “Blankenfed” hide office in Riga. In 1936, organized the brush artel “Sacensiba” in Riga, where he worked until 1941. During the war years, lived in Chkalov and worked at an artel at the ORS combine. In 1946, returned to Riga and worked as a scrap collector at the “Soyuzutil” office.
Private in the Red Army from 1918 to 1920. Served as a private in the territorial regiment of Gomel.
In 1947, Z., as a former Latvian Nansen citizen, accepted USSR citizenship. In the 1970s, lived in Israel.
