Ziv (Siv) Polya (b. ?, Liepāja – d. ?) — pianist.
A pupil of Emil Sauer and Robert Casadesus. From 1933 Polya Ziv performed in concerts and appeared on Latvian Radio. In 1935 she toured in Paris.
