Zinoviev Vladlen Mikhailovich (18.07.1925, Ordzhonikidze – 1989, Riga) — lawyer.

In 1943—45, Vladlen Zinoviev fought on the fronts of the Second World War in the 61st Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 61st Tank Division, 17th Army. Served as assistant to the deputy company commander for political affairs, and in 1943—45 was the Komsomol organizer of the battalion. In 1945—47, cadet at the Irkutsk School of Aircraft Mechanics, assistant platoon commander. In 1947—49, senior aircraft mechanic; in 1949—50, head of general supply; in 1950, aircraft technician in the 48th Guards Aviation Regiment of the 17th Air Army. In 1953, graduated from the Minsk Law Institute. In 1953—54, legal adviser; in 1954—58, senior legal adviser at the Administration of the Latvian Railways. In 1958—85, lawyer at Riga’s 4th Legal Consultation Bureau. Member of the CPSU from 1945. Published five works on Soviet law.
