Zilberman (Silbermann) Zalman (Solomon) Mendelevich (1888, Preili – ?, ?) — economic worker.

In childhood, Zalman Zilberman attended the Jewish religious school (cheder). In 1916–18 he served in the army. From 1920 to 1941, he was employed as a flax products sorter at “Zagotlen” (Preili). During evacuation in 1941–45, he was head of a district department of “Zagotlen” (Almetyevsk, Tatar ASSR). From 1945 to 1953, he worked as senior sorter at “Zagotlen” (Preili), and from 1953 to 1959 as foreman and quality inspector in the chemical shop of the “Dzimtene” artel (Riga).

From 1924, he was married to Mina Lipovna Zilberman. Their children were Abram Solomonovich Zilberman (1928, Preili – ?, ?), David Solomonovich Zilberman, and Hana Zalmanovna Moger (1929, Preili – ?, ?).

His father, Mendl Davidovich Zilberman (1862, Preili – ?, ?), perished in the Holocaust. His mother was Khaya-Raza Abramovna Zilberman (née Goldman) (1868, Mogilev Province – ?, Preili). His sisters were Sarra Mendelevna Adir (1899, Preili – ?, ?), who emigrated to Israel (Tel Aviv) in 1925, and Sheva-Rokha Mendelevna Plagova (1901, Preili – ?, ?), who perished in the Holocaust.

In 1963, Zalman Zilberman emigrated to Israel.
