Zilberman (Silbermann) (née Gelfand) Raisa Nikolaevna (5 June 1915, Daugavpils) — employee.

Raisa Zilberman was the daughter of Israel-Noah Borisovich Gelfand (1881, Liepāja – 1925, Daugavpils) and Freida-Leah Girshovna Gelfand (1891, Daugavpils – 1942, Fergana, Uzbek SSR). From 1934 to 1936, she worked as a stenographer for a private employer. From 1936 to 1941, she was a homemaker. During the war, she was evacuated to the settlement of Rybny (Tatar ASSR), where, due to illness, she did not work. In 1942, she moved to Fergana (Uzbek SSR), again unable to work for health reasons. After the death of her mother in 1942, she moved to the railway station Zashchita of the Tomsk Railway, where she worked as a librarian (1942–1945). Upon returning to Daugavpils, she worked as a statistician at the industrial complex of Daugavpils District (1945), then lived on her husband’s support (1945–1962). From 1962 to 1965, she worked as an agent of the State Insurance in Riga. From 1965 to 1966, she lived on her daughter’s support. In 1966, she again worked briefly as an insurance agent in the Kirov District of Riga, after which she was supported by her daughter.

In her marriage to Kopel Mendelevich Zilberman (1910, Daugavpils – 1963, Riga), she had two children: Mendel Kopelevich Zilberman (1941–1941, Tatar ASSR) and Irena Kopelevna Berkovich (née Zilberman) (1946, Riga).

In 1973, Raisa Zilberman received permission to emigrate to Israel, where since 1971 her nephew (her sister’s son), Rudolf Aleksandrov (1946), had been residing.
