Zilberman (Silbermann) Lina Samoilovna (1903, Latvia – date of death unknown) — underground communist activist, accountant.

From 1923, Lina Zilberman participated in the underground activities of the Komsomol, later of the Communist Party of Latvia. She was active in the trade union movement, and in 1926 was elected a member of the Association of Trade Workers. On behalf of the party organization, she distributed illegal literature, hung red flags, helped organize rallies, and worked in a clandestine printing press.

For her underground activities, she was repeatedly arrested. In 1930, she was sentenced to a short prison term. In 1932, she left for the Soviet Union.

From 1934 to 1946, she worked as a senior accountant at the State Bank branch in Birobidzhan. In 1937, she was arrested during the Stalinist repressions, but released about a year and a half later. Her husband, V. I. Zilberman, was also arrested at that time and died in prison; he was posthumously rehabilitated.

From 1947 to 1973, Lina Zilberman worked as a senior accountant at the Latvian State Bank. For her professional and social activity, she was awarded the medals “For Labor Distinction” and “For Valiant Labor”.
