Zilberman (Silbermann) (née Tartakovskaya) Bella Mikhailovna (b. 24 April 1938, Kiev) — teacher.
After graduating from Leningrad Pedagogical Institute as a teacher of Russian language and literature, Bella Zilberman worked in 1963–64 as a librarian at the Proletarsky District Party Committee.
In 1959, she married David Solomonovich Zilberman. Their sons are Grigory Davidovich Zilberman (b. 1964, Riga) and Emil Davidovich Zilberman (b. 1960, Riga).
Father: Mikhail Lazarevich Tartakovsky.
Mother: Leah Meerovna Weingauz (née Tartakovskaya).
