Zigelbaum (Sigelbaum) Khaya (Chaya) Markovna (1904 — ?) — Party activist.

In 1923–1925, Khaya Zigelbaum was an apprentice in a sewing workshop in Chișinău (then Romania, now the capital of Moldova). In 1925, she illegally crossed the border into the USSR. From 1926 to 1930, she worked at a jute factory in Odessa (Ukraine). In 1926, she joined the Komsomol, and in 1929 — the CPSU.

From 1930 to 1936, she was a student of the workers’ faculty and Leningrad State University. In 1936–1937, she worked as an instructor in the Political Department of UNR No. 5. In 1938–1940, she was a technical secretary of the district committee of the CPSU and an instructor of the Regional Executive Committee in Perm.

In 1941–1942, Khaya Zigelbaum headed a kindergarten. In 1942–1945, she served as deputy head of the political department of the Voroshilov Machine-Tractor Station, section chief, and Party bureau secretary of Tagilstroy NKVD. From 1947 to 1952, she worked as a ward supervisor in the surgical department of a Naval hospital.

From 1954 to 1959, she was a worker at the Sarkana Baltija knitwear factory. She was repeatedly elected as secretary of the Party organization, deputy of the district council, chair of the shop committee, factory committee, and other positions.

Khaya Zigelbaum was awarded the medal “For Valiant Labor. In Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of V. I. Lenin.” and was granted the status of personal pensioner, first of local, then of republican significance.
