Zelbovich (Selbowitsch) Mortel (b. 1869, Ponedeli, Kovno Governorate [now Pandėlys, Lithuania]) — shochet.
Mortel Zelbovich received a rabbinical education. From 1907, he served as a ritual slaughterer in prayer houses in Riga.
