Yungelson Ilya Iosifovich (1954, Kazan – unknown). From 1971 to 1976 he studied at the Latvian State University in the faculty of foreign languages, receiving a philologist's diploma and qualification as an English language teacher. From 1976 to 1981 he taught English at secondary school No. 2 in Salaspils. From 1981 to 1984 he worked as a process engineer in the technical department of the “Dzintars” production association. From 1981 to 1985 — senior economist at the Supply and Delivery Administration of the LPSS's LSSR. In 1985 he worked as an English language teacher at Riga Secondary School No. 27. From 1985 he worked at the Riga Jewelry Factory.
