Yankelevich (née Brilovich) Leyka Abramovna (8.8.1921, Jēkabpils) – seamstress. In 1941 Ya. was evacuated from Jēkabpils and until 1945 worked as a seamstress at the Military Trade workshop in Cheboksary, Chuvash ASSR. After returning to Riga in 1945, she worked as a seamstress: at the «Brīvība» artel (1946–1951), at the «Rīgas Drēbnieks» artel (1951–1952), at the «Sadarbī» artel (1952–1954), at the «Stakhanovietis» artel (1954–1961), at the individual tailoring factory («Siluets» production association). From 1976 – old-age pensioner.
