Yakubovich David Borisovich (1912, Novorossiysk – unknown) – from 1926 to 1930 he worked as a plumber. From 1930 to 1954 he served in the Soviet Army, and was demobilized in the rank of head of intelligence of the Long-Range Aviation Air Army. In 1954 he retired and moved to Riga. From 1962 to 1966 he worked as head of staff of Civil Defense.
