Yakobson Liya Abramovna (1948, Riga – unknown). She began her working career in 1964 at the Riga Railcar Manufacturing Plant, as an assembly fitter in the household refrigerator shop. In 1968 she moved to the Leningrad Branch of the TsNII Proektstahlkonstruktsiya, as a draftsman; in 1971 she was promoted to senior technician. In 1974 she joined the Riga Jewelry Plant, as a plastics gluer in the mechanical assembly shop. In 1978 she was promoted to Category 3 quality inspector of the quality control department of Shop No. 2, grinding and polishing section.
