Vulfovich (Wulfowitch, Wulfovich) Dina Mendelevna (b. 7 July 1956, Riga) – student.

Dina Vulfovich was born into a working-class family: daughter of Mendel Shlemovich Vulfovich (b. 1911) and Dveira Davydovna Vulfovich (née Levina) (b. 1924). She completed eight years of schooling at Riga Secondary School No. 40 in 1971 and studied at Medical College No. 2 from 1971 to 1973.

In 1973, Dina Vulfovich was granted permission to emigrate to Israel, where her aunt, Elena Shlemovna Kvin (née Vulfovich) (b. 1917), her father's sister, had been living since 1967.
