Vekhnis Yevgeny Abramovich
(March 22, 1952, Stupino, Moscow Oblast – ?) — mathematician, possibly also an engineer.
Yevgeny Vekhnis was born into a family of office employees.
In 1974, he graduated from the Latvian State University.
From 1974 to 1988, he worked as head of a group at the Computing Center of the Ministry of Motor Roads of the Latvian SSR.
