Tovin (Towin) Eliezer (Elieser) (6 June 1912, Riga — 9 May 1954, Israel) — engineer and military officer.
Eliezer Tovin graduated from a gymnasium in Riga, then studied at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Danzig, continued his studies in Berlin, and received his engineering diploma in Zurich in 1935. In the same year, he emigrated to Palestine.
Until 1948, he was a member of the Haganah and worked in his profession. In 1948, he was mobilized into the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he rose to the rank of major.
He was buried at the military cemetery in Haifa.
