Taubina (née Nikomarova) Noelia Iosifovna (1886, Riga) — cashier-accountant.

Noelia’s father, Iosif Nikomarov (1856–1931), was a small trader. After completing secondary school, Noelia Taubina worked as a cashier in a tobacco shop in Riga.

In 1911, she married Mozus Taubin (1866–1941). In 1941, the family was deported to Solikamsk. Until 1942, she worked in a kolkhoz in the village of Bolshaya Urya (Kansk district). As a result of a workplace injury, she lost sight in one eye. She did not return to work and remained dependent on her younger son, Boris Taubin (1920), including after the family’s return to Riga in 1957.

Her elder son, Lazar Taubin (1912–1954), emigrated to Palestine in 1938. In the 1970s, his widow and daughters (born 1948 and 1951) lived in Israel.

Her brother, Mark Nikomarov (c. 1880–1927), died in Baku in 1927. Her sister, Rakil Nikomarova, emigrated abroad in 1903 after marriage, and the family lost contact with her thereafter.
