Starr Nava (4 April 1949, Latvia) — chess player.
An eight-time Canadian Women’s Champion, Nava Starr was awarded the title of Woman International Master (WIM) in 1978. She represented Canada twelve times at Chess Olympiads and six times at World Championships.
Her article “Why Men Play Chess Better Than Women” was published in the journal En Passant.
