Here lies \
a cedar in Lebanon, \
a soul that remembers, \
who founded Torah societies; \
from his words, flames \
shall be awakened in hearts, \
lights of radiance. \
He bore the burdens of the rabbinate \
with wholeness; \
he composed Nachalat and also \
Masa Binyamin. \
The rabbi, the holy Gaon, \
our master Binyamin Menachem, \
son of R. Zevulun, of blessed and holy memory. \
… 26 Tevet 5704. \
May his soul be bound in the bond of life.
