Rabbi in Varkljani, Viļāni, and Klikol.

At the end of his days he ascended to the Land of Israel.

His responsa together with R. Moshe Yitzchak Avigdor, rabbi of Shklov and others, were printed in the responsa Pardes Rimonim, vol. 1 (Jerusalem 5767), Yoreh De'ah, section 23.
