Serkina (née Gamza) Rakhil (Rachil) Gertsovna (5 July 1951, Riga) – nurse.

Until 1968, Rakhil Serkina worked as a nursing orderly at the Riga First City Clinical Hospital, at the 337th District Dental Polyclinic, and at a polyclinic of the Ministry of Health. In 1971, she graduated from the Riga 4th Medical College, obtaining the qualification of nurse. From 1971 to 1973, she worked as a pharmacy packer at Pharmacy No. 2 of the State Pharmaceutical Administration of Riga. In 1978, she was employed as a nurse at the 5th Children’s Polyclinic.

In 1978, she emigrated from Latvia.
