Segal Itzhok (Jizchok) (10 June 1912, Rozenovo (Zilupe) — 1941, Sabile) — rabbi.
Itzhok Segal studied at the yeshivot of Riga, Panevėžys, and Mir, completing his studies at the Mir Yeshiva in 1939.
From 24 March 1940, he served as rabbi in Sabile, becoming the last rabbi of the town.
He was murdered during the Holocaust in 1941.
