From 1969 to 1975 she worked as a cashier at Canteen No. 169 of the Riga Public Catering Trust of the Proletarian District (café “Jugla”). In marriage with Efraim Rosenberg (1928, Riga) she had a daughter, Masha Elelman (née Rosenberg) (1951, Riga).

Her father, Kusiel Freidenson (1894–1977), was born in Daugavpils and buried in Riga. Her brother Lev Freidenson (1917–1976) was also born in Daugavpils and buried in Riga.
