Elelman (Rozenberg) Masha Efraimovna (8.04.1951, Riga) — engineer. Daughter of Rozenberg Efraim (1928, Riga) and Rozenberg (Freydenson) Leya (1928, Daugavpils). In 1970, graduated from the Riga Construction Technical College with a qualification of electromechanical technician. From 1970 to 1976, worked as a technician at the “Giprostroymaterialy” design institute. From 1976 to 1978 — engineer at the information and computing centre of the “Latvskhoztekhnika” district association.
Her marriage to Elelman Leonid (1950, Riga) produced a daughter Elelman Beatrisa (1972, Riga).
In 1978, E. received permission to leave Latvia.
