Padva (Padwa) Yefim (Jefim) Davydovich (b. 1915, Dvinsk, Vitebsk Governorate) — painter.

In 1937, Yefim Padva enrolled in the IZORAM (Fine Arts for Working Youth) studio in Leningrad, where he studied under Isaak Brodsky and Mariam Aslamazyan.

From 1939, he served in the Red Army, and during 1941–1945, he fought on the front lines of World War II.

He first participated in an art exhibition in 1955, presenting works such as: Winter at the Dacha (1954), Nizhny Tagil (1955).

In the 1960s, Padva travelled extensively across European Russia. The landscapes he painted during this period — including: Vistas of Pereslavl (1960), Hills of the Moscow Region (1961), Zelenya (1962) — are noted for their expansive perspective and broad, expressive use of colour.

In the 1970s and 1980s, he worked in Latvia, producing paintings such as: Fishing Village (1980), Dome Cathedral (1981), Dubulti (1982).

He also continued to paint Leningrad landscapes, depicting areas such as Petrograd Side, Vasilievsky Island, and Kolomna: Leningrad Motif (1964), Palace Square (1968), Warm Day (1972), Karpovka (1976), Yachts (1979), By the Kronverk (1980), Leningrad. Warm Day (1982).
