Nusinsky Mark Leonidovich (11 July 1949, Riga) — engineer.

Mark Nurinsky was born into the family of Khava Sosnovskaya (1920, Gomel Region) and Leonid Nusinsky (1915, Bila Tserkva). In 1972, he graduated from the Faculty of Engineering Economics of the Riga Polytechnic Institute. He was married to Riva Nusinskaya (née Bek) (1949, Riga).

In 1972, Mark Nusinsky received permission to emigrate to Israel at the invitation of his mother-in-law, Frida Bek (née Firkser) (1929, Riga). In the late 1970s, he lived in Bnei Brak and worked as a shop assistant.
