Nakhimovskaya (Nachimowskaya) (née Dimant) Sarra Isakovna (25 February 1930, Daugavpils) — engineer.
Sarra Nakhimovskaya was the daughter of Isaak Dimant (1905, Daugavpils – 1959, Riga) and Feiga Dimant (née Segal) (1901, Zilupe). According to data from the Information Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Latvian SSR, in 1941 Sarra Nakhimovskaya was deported from Latvia as the daughter of a major trader in optical instruments who employed hired labour at his enterprise, whose annual turnover amounted to 183,000 lats, and who had also donated substantial sums for the arming of the Aizsargi during the rule of Kārlis Ulmanis. The Dimant family was removed from the special-settlement register in 1956.
In 1960 Sarra Nakhimovskaya graduated from the Riga Polytechnic Institute with a degree in civil engineering. From 1960 she worked as an engineer at the Latgiproprom design institute in Riga.
