Movshenson (Mowschensohn) Mikhail (Michail) Yakovlevich (02 October 1905, Dvinsk — 01 May 1942, Daugavpils) - engineer and entrepreneur.
Mikhail Movshenson was the son of the entrepreneur Yakov Movshenzon. In the 1920s he received an engineering education; in the 1930s he married Henrietta (Gruna), née Rapoport (b. 1911).
In 1935 he was a member of the voluntary fire brigade and served on the audit commission of the Daugavpils Jewish Community (DEO). In 1941 he was appointed chairman of the committee of the Daugavpils ghetto—the Judenrat (apparently cooperating with the Germans in an attempt to save himself and his family). He was killed together with his wife and his mother Emma (1884–1942) during the liquidation of the ghetto.
