Milman (Milmann) Khatse (Chatze) Peisakhovich (1922, Riga) — worker.

Khatse Milman was born into the family of a butcher, Peisakh (Paul) Milman (1895, Riga – 1942, Chelyabinsk Oblast), and a seamstress, Pesa Lvovna Milman (1891, Riga). He completed seven grades at the 1st Riga Jewish Primary School in 1937. In 1940, he worked as a polisher of radio cabinets at the Radio-Pioneer factory.

In 1941, he was evacuated to Yaroslavl Oblast, where he worked in peat extraction (1941–1942). From 1942 to 1943, he served in the 43rd Guards Rifle Division and was wounded in battles near Staraya Russa. He underwent prolonged medical treatment in hospitals in Yaroslavl and Tashkent (1943–1944). In 1944–1945, he worked as a cart driver for a district food trade organization in Tashkent.

After returning to Riga, he worked as a shoemaker in the City Industrial Trade organization (1945–1946) and in the Spars artel (1946). He again underwent medical treatment (1946–1948 and 1949–1951). He resumed work as a shoemaker in the Rīgas Apavnieks artel (1948–1949), then worked at the Riga District Industrial Combine (1951). From 1952 to 1960, he was a worker in the Mākslinieks artel. He later worked as a driver at the Rīgas Apavnieks factory (1960–1961), at the Riga Motor Transport Enterprise (1961–1963), at Motor Transport Column No. 34 (1963–1965), and at Motor Transport Column No. 33 (1965–1971).

He was married to Minna Girshevna Milman (née Strashun) (1923, Dvinsk, today Daugavpils). They had two children: Girsh Khatsevich Milman (1948, Riga) and Lyuba Khatsevna Milman(1955, Riga).

In 1971, Khatse Milman received permission to emigrate to Israel, where his cousin Yakov Merom (1921, Riga) had been living since 1937.
