Mandel-Rysina Minna Faivushevna (1906 — exact date and place of birth unknown; date of death unknown) — participant in the revolutionary movement.

From 1927 to 1934, Minna Mandel-Rysina was involved in underground activities. For many years, illegal literature was stored in her flat; she collected funds for MOPR (International Organisation for Aid to Revolutionaries) and delivered parcels to political prisoners in prison. She was repeatedly arrested and released for lack of evidence.

In 1934, she moved to Moscow to join her husband, who was there after serving a prison sentence in Latvia. From 1934 to 1936, she worked as a preschool teacher; from 1938 to 1941, as a commodities specialist; and from 1941 to 1945, as an electrician at an automobile repair plant in Moscow. In 1946, she travelled to Arkhangelsk to join her husband, who had remained there after his release from a corrective labour camp (ITL). Her husband died in 1948 and was posthumously rehabilitated in 1956.

From 1948 to 1974, Minna Mandel-Rysina worked as an accountant at the “Reagent” factory in Riga and was actively involved in public and social activities. She was a personal pensioner of republican significance.
