Maizlina (Meislina) (née Shiren) Emma Yakovlevna (12 May 1954, Riga) — clerical employee.

Emma Maizlina was born into the family of Yakov Shiren (1919, Riga) and Rosa Shiren (née Levin) (1913, Riga). She completed nine grades at Riga Secondary School No. 9. From 1971 to 1973 she worked as a medical registrar at the 2nd Riga Polyclinic. In 1972 she enrolled in the evening department of the 4th Riga Medical College. In 1973 she received permission to emigrate to Israel at the invitation of her mother’s brother, Mendel Levin (1921, Riga).
