Lubotskaya (Lubotzkaya) (née Surits) Khava (Chava) Khaimovna (10 August 1912, Riga) — seamstress.

Khava Lubotskaya was born into the family of Khaim Neehovich Surits (1891–1920, Dvinsk, today Daugavpils) and Tauba Abovna Surits (1892–1960, Riga). She completed six classes of a Jewish school in 1926 and worked as a seamstress in a private workshop from 1927 to 1940. After moving to Moscow with her husband, she worked intermittently as a seamstress at the Central Experimental Military Tailoring Workshop of the UVS GIUKA (Directorate of Clothing Supply of the Main Intendant Directorate of the Red Army) from 1940 to 1947. After returning to Riga, she worked as a seamstress at District Workshop No. 81 (1947–1960) and at Atelier No. 3 of the Industrial Combine of the Trade Administration of the Baltic Military District (1960–1967).

In her marriage to Ovsei-Zelig Nokhumovich Lyubotsky (born 1915, Dvinsk), a daughter was born: Lea Ovseevna Gelfandbein (née Lubotskaya) (born 1944, Moscow).

In 1968 Khava Lubotskaya applied for permission to travel to South Africa to visit her brother Abe Khaimovich Rits (Surits) (born 1910, Riga), but was refused. In 1971 she received permission to emigrate to Israel, where her husband’s cousin Shmuel-David Gershonovich Amdur (Dvinsk, date of birth not specified) was living.
