Talsi

At first he served as rabbi in Yaeluk, Lithuania, and from approximately 5617 he served as rabbi of Talsi for 34 years.

He passed away on holy Shabbat, 4 Menachem Av 5651 (8 August 1891), and was brought to rest here.

He appears in the list of approvers of the book HaMadrich (Pressburg 5662).
