Kollender Ida Shilovna (b. December 20, 1908, Oświęcim, Poland) — educator.

Ida Kollender was born into the family of a merchant, Shil Kollender (b. 1880 – killed by the Nazis during World War II, Poland), and a homemaker, Revekka Kollender (b. 1883 – killed by the Nazis during World War II, Poland). Until 1927, she lived with her parents in Berlin, assisting with household affairs. From 1927 to 1932, she worked as a kindergarten teacher in Berlin. After moving to Moscow, she continued teaching in a kindergarten (1932–1937) while completing three years of study at the Moscow Pedagogical Institute (graduated 1937).

As the wife of a “public enemy” (her husband was convicted by a Special Council in 1937 and exiled to Norilsk, where he died in 1951 and was posthumously rehabilitated in 1956), Ida Kollender was exiled with her son to Tobolsk, where she taught German at a local secondary school (1938–1948). She was later transferred to Tselinograd, Kazakh SSR (today Astana, Kazakhstan), where she continued to teach German (1949–1955). From 1955 to 1963, she worked as a teacher in Karaganda, Kazakh SSR. Since 1963, she lived in retirement.

She was married to Georgy Solomonovich Beletsky (b. 1907, Boguslav, Poland – d. 1951, Norilsk). The couple had two children: Boris Georgievich Kollender (b. 1933, Moscow) and Lilia Georgievna Libman (née Kollender) (b. 1938, Tselinograd).

In 1979, Ida Kollender received permission to emigrate to Israel, where her brother, Yehuda Shilovich Kollender (b. 1913, Berlin), had lived since 1932.
