Kolesnikova Liya Isaakovna (10 December 1935, Kerch, Crimea, Ukraine) — chemist, engineer.
Liya Kolesnikova was born into a family of civil servants. In 1958, she graduated from the Chemistry Department of Perm State University. From 1958 to 1964, she worked as a process engineer at Perm defence enterprises (p/ya 210 and 92). From 1964 to 1968, she was a design engineer at the Research Institute of Control Machines and Systems in Perm. In 1968, she became an engineer at the Riga VEF plant.
