Koblenz (née Leyzer) Dveira (Dweira) Leibovna (b. 1923, Riga) — seamstress.

In 1937, Dveira Koblenz completed six grades at Riga Primary School No. 4 and began working, as her father, Leib Leyzer (1889–1951), had long been unemployed. For several years, the family received financial support from her father’s brother, Simon Abramovich Leyzerov (dates unknown), who lived in Sweden.

From 1937 to 1941, she worked as a seamstress in a workshop on Suvorov Street in Riga.

From 1941 to 1942, she was a dressmaker at the Yaroslavl Sewing Factory, and from 1942 to 1945, a seamstress at the Tashkent Sewing Factory No. 1.

In 1945, she returned to Riga. Since 1946, she did not work, being financially supported by her husband, Daniel Koblenz (b. 1924).

Her brother Mozus Leyzer (1914–1942) was killed in action near Staraya Russa.
