Kliot Semyon Isaakovich (24 November 1940) — tailor (cutter).

Semyon Kliot is the son of Isaak Kliot (1907, Disna, Polotsk region) and Chaya (Braudo) Kliot (1906, Riga).

In 1956, he completed eight grades at Riga Evening Secondary School No. 5 for Working Youth.

From 1955 to 1958, he worked as a cutter at the Elektra fur factory.

Member of the Komsomol (VLKSM) since 1956.

In 1958, Semyon Kliot left Latvia.
