Kleit Markus Zalmovich (1905, Jelgava – unknown) - accountant

From 1930 to 1937, Markus Kleit worked as an accountant at Z. Erenshtein's enterprise and at the Jelgava Jewish Gymnasium. From 1940 to 1941, he worked as an accountant at the Jelgava People's Commissariat of Trade. With the outbreak of the Great Patriotic War, he was evacuated to the Kirov Region, where he worked as a senior accountant at various enterprises. In 1945, he returned to Latvia and worked at the Republican Trust ‘Latsnabsbyt’ under the Council of Ministers of the Latvian SSR. From 1946, he worked at the Riga Jewellery Factory.
