Katzev Aizik (Isaak) Khaimovich (25 May 1924, Kraslava, Latvia) – labourer.

Aizik Katzov was born into the family of Khaim Iokhonovich Katzov (1898 – killed by the Nazis in the ghetto in Kraslava in 1941–1942) and Enta Aizikovna Katzova (Stolper) (1900 – killed by the Nazis in the ghetto in Kraslava in 1941-1942). There is no information in the documents about his education or most of his places of work. It is known that in the late 1980s he worked as a press operator at the Ausma production association, the Initiator cooperative, the Progress NGO, and the Temp cooperative.

He married Iakheved-Rokhele Menakhemovna Katsova (Kron) (born in 1926 in Riga), and they had a son, Khaim Aizikovich Katzov (born in 1951 in Riga), and a daughter, Eta Aizikovna Katzov (born in 1956 in Riga).

In 1990, Aizik Katzov received permission to emigrate to Israel, where his cousin, Zakharova (Shlosberg) Rachel Moiseevna (born in 1917 in Kraslava), had been living since 1983.
