Kapulsky Abram Samuilovich (23 April 1911, Riga) – tinsmith.

Abram Kapulsky was born out of wedlock; no information about his father is recorded in the documents. His mother, Pesya Samoilovna Shrage (1892–1968, Riga), worked as a seamstress.

He completed four grades at a Jewish school and, at the age of 11, began working as an apprentice tinsmith, later becoming a tinsmith himself (1922–1941). He fought in the war, was wounded, and became a Group II invalid. He joined his family in Semipalatinsk, Kazakh SSR, where he worked as a tinsmith at a local factory (1943–1945). Upon returning to Riga, he continued in his trade: in the invalids’ artel (1945–1947), in the “Bytovik” artel (1947–1950), at the training and production complex of the Society of the Deaf (1950–1957), at the 3rd construction office of the “Tarremstroy” trust (1957–1960), at a metalworking factory (1960–1965), at the special repair and construction department (1965–1972), and at the repair and construction trust of the Riga City Executive Committee (1972–1973).

In his marriage to Lyubov Moiseevna Kapulskaya (née Gordon) (1911, Riga), three daughters were born: Yete Abramovna Zalmanovich (née Kapulskaya) (1935, Riga), Roza Abramovna Kaplan (née Kapulskaya) (1937, Riga), Reva Abramovna Sigal (née Kapulskaya) (1941, Zhana-Seney, Semipalatinsk Oblast).

In 1973 Abram Kapulsky received permission to emigrate to Israel, where since 1971 his daughter Roza Abramovna Kaplan (née Kapulskaya) (b. 1937) had already been living.
