Kapulskaya (née Gordon) Lyubov Moiseevna (23 April 1911, Riga) – seamstress.

Lubov Kapulskaya was born into a working-class family. She did not remember her father, and no information about him is recorded in the documents. Her mother, Pesya Naumovna Gordon (1886, Dvinsk, today Daugavpils – 1959, Riga), worked knitting stockings at a private factory.

Lyuba completed four grades at a Jewish school, and at the age of 12 she started work as an apprentice seamstress in a private workshop (1923–1934). In 1934 - 1941 she was a homemaker.

She was evacuated to Cheboksary, Chuvash ASSR (1941), and later the same year moved to Semipalatinsk, Kazakh SSR, where she worked as a cleaner at a local factory (1941–1945). After returning to Riga, she was again a homemaker (1945–1954), and later worked as a seamstress: at the tailoring workshop of Sewing Factory No. 1 (1954–1960) and at Factory of Custom Sewing No. 1 (1960–1966).

In her marriage to Abram Samuilovich Kaplan (1911, Riga), three daughters were born: Yete Abramovna Zalmanovich (née Kapulskaya) (1935, Riga), Roza Abramovna Kaplan (née Kapulskaya) (1937, Riga), Reva Abramovna Sigal (née Kapulskaya) (1941, Zhana-Seney, Semipalatinsk Oblast).

In 1973 Lubov Kapulskaya received permission to emigrate to Israel, where since 1971 her daughter Roza Abramovna Kaplan (née Kapulskaya) (b. 1937) had already been living.
