Saldus / Frauenburg

Born in Shavlan.

He served as rabbi here from 5631 until his passing at the beginning of the winter of 5662 (1871–1901).

He also served as officiant of kiddushin and “assistant rabbi” in the Tukums community.

Author of the book Tziltzal Kenafayim on Perek Shira (Warsaw 5660).
