Gordin Peisakh (Peisach) Yakovlevich (1917, Michurinsk, Tambov Governorate – date of death unknown) — industrial and military worker.

Peisakh Gordin completed primary school in Livani in 1933 and commenced work that same year on peat extraction operations. In 1934, he moved with his family to Riga, where he was employed between 1934 and 1939 in various roles at the Kolibri knitting factory, the Triumph factory, and the Latvello bicycle works.

From 1939 to 1940, he served as a private in the Latvian Army in Liepāja and entered the Riga Infantry Military School in 1940. Gordin fought during the Second World War from 1941 to 1945. In the immediate post-war years (1945–46), he served with the Latvian 130th Order of Kutuzov Corps in Riga. Demobilised in 1946, he took up work as a technical manager at the “Brīvība” artel and subsequently, from 1947 to 1958, as a worker at a knitwear and lingerie factory.

From 1958 to 1963, Gordin was employed at the “Centība” haberdashery factory. In September 1963, he joined the Riga Jewellery Factory as a fitter and was later appointed in 1970 as Metallurgical Engineer in the Materials and Technical Supply Department (OMTS). In 1972, he became Chief Engineer for instruments and electrical goods within OMTS and, from 1975 onwards, served as Senior Commodities Specialist in the same department. His employment at the jewellery factory ended in 1988 following staff reductions.
