Golman Dalia Khaimovna (6 September 1955, Riga) — student.

Dalia Golman was born into the family of Khaim Samuilovich Golman (born 1919), a labourer, and Liba Iosifovna Golman (née Shlakhter) (born 1925), a civil servant. She completed nine years of secondary education at aRiga school.

In 1971, she was granted permission to emigrate to Israel, where her maternal cousin Tanya Ruvinovna Sorokina (born 1915) had been residing since 1936.
