Goldblat Moisey Isaakovich (born 16 December 1896, Herța, Romania) — theatre director.

Born into the family of Isaak Moiseyevich Goldblat (1870, Herța – 1950, Sarid, Israel) and Rakhil Falkovna Goldblat (née Froymovich) (1875, Herța – 1959, Sarid). From 1909 to 1916, he worked in Herța as a hired shop and office clerk. He served as a private in the Romanian Army (1916–1917, 29th Infantry Regiment), then as a drama group leader (1917–1918, Novoselitsa, Bessarabia – now in Ukraine).

From 1918 to 1921, he acted in a travelling theatre troupe that toured Ukrainian and Belarusian towns. He performed with the Sholem Aleichem Theatre in Moscow (1921–1922) and studied at the Central Theatre Studio in Moscow (1922–1924). He then worked as an actor and director at the Moscow State Yiddish Theatre (1924–1936), later serving as chief director of the Birobidzhan State Yiddish Theatre (1937–1938), and the State Yiddish Theatre in Moscow (1939–1940).

Goldblat was appointed chief director of the Kyiv State Yiddish Theatre (1940–1941) and of the Jewish Academic Drama Theatre in Almaty (1941–1944), then returned to Kyiv to lead its State Yiddish Theatre until 1950. He was subsequently a director at the Kharkiv Russian Drama Theatre named after A. S. Pushkin (1950–1951), then served as artistic director and chief director of the Kazakh Academic Theatre in Almaty (1951–1959). From 1960, he retired.

Goldblat had no children. He was first married to Yevgenia Pavlovna Ekschtein (1898, Alushta, Crimea); the marriage ended in divorce in 1929. His second wife was Eva Isaakovna Shapiro (1898, Vilno — now Vilnius, Lithuania).

In 1972, he received permission to emigrate to Israel, where his brothers Genokh Isaakovich Goldblat (b. 1907, Herța), Mordekhai Isaakovich Goldblat (later Talmi) (b. 1909, Herța), and his sister Maria Isaakovna Goldstein (née Goldblat) (b. 1900, Herța) were residing.
