Flaks Elina Yakovlevna (29 December 1930, Parnu) - physician.

In 1955 Elina Flaks graduated from the Riga Medical Institute, obtaining a medical degree. She subsequently worked at the 1st City Hospital in Riga.

She was born into a family of doctors: her father, Yakov Abramovich Flaks, and her mother, Berta Ilyinichna Flaks, both practiced medicine in Pärnu.
