Finkelstein (née Kozba) Khana Zavelevna (8 June 1940, Daugavpils) — mechanical technician, telecommunications engineer.
Khana Finkelstein was born into a family of workers.
In 1960, she married Yekhezkel Yazepovich Finkelstein (1940, Riga).
In 1961, she graduated from the Riga Industrial Polytechnic, receiving a qualification as a mechanical technician. In 1972, she graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute of Communications (now Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications), specializing as an engineer in telecommunications.
