Felshtiner (Markman) Margarita Semyonovna (9.03.1954, Chișinău) — internist. Daughter of Markman Semen (1924, Vinnytsia) and Sadetskaya Ida (1924, Moldova). In 1976–77 — nurse at the Riga Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 1977, graduated from the Riga Medical Institute with a qualification of internist. In 1977–78 — intern doctor at the 5th Riga City Hospital. From 1978 — internist at the “Bulduri” sanatorium in Jūrmala. Her marriage to Felshtiner Isaac (1943, Uzbek SSR) produced a daughter Felshtiner Alexandra (1974, Riga). In 1979, F. received permission to emigrate to Israel at the invitation of her husband's sister, Zilberberg (Felshtiner) Asya (1948, Bălți).
