Fels (Fel) Anita Ruvimovna (30 June 1954, Riga) — medical statistician.
Anita Fels was the daughter of Rokha Fel (née Braude, Levina) (1923, Riga) and Ruvin Fel (Fels) (1914, Jēkabpils).
In 1971, she graduated from the Riga Evening Secondary School for working youth. From 1970 to 1971, she worked as a medical statistician at the Riga Republican Psychiatric Hospital.
In 1971, Anita Fels received permission to emigrate to Israel.
