Feitelberg (née Magarshak) Sara-Etta Leibovna (1888, Ludza, Latvia — 1982, Federal Republic of Germany) — homemaker.

No information about her parents is preserved in the documents. Sara-Etta Feitelberg did not receive formal education and learned to read and write on her own.

She worked as a milliner (hat maker) from 1903 to 1914 in Ventspils. From 1914 to 1946, she was dependent on her husband (Ventspils), and from 1946 to 1971 she was dependent on her daughter in Riga.

She was married to Shlaum Aryevich Feitelberg (according to other sources — Shmulovich) (1884, Piltene, Latvia — 1946, Riga). They had two daughters: Lea Shlemovna Vasilieva (née Feitelberg) (1918, Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region) and Miryam Shlaumovna Shmuelovich (née Feitelberg) (1922, Ventspils)

In 1971, Sara-Etta Feitelberg received permission to emigrate to Israel, where since 1968 lived the father of her younger daughter’s husband — Iosif Kopelovich Shmuelovich (1908, Riga).
